Who is responsible
Visionary Art operates this website and decides how the data described here is used. Contact for any privacy matter: [email protected].
What we collect
- Correspondence. If you email us, we hold your address and the content of your message so that we can reply and keep a record of the exchange.
- Server logs. Our hosting records standard technical data for every request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.
- Audience measurement. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which reports aggregate figures such as page views and referring sites. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you.
- Consent record. If you answer the cookie banner, your choice is stored in your browser so that we do not ask again on every page.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run advertising networks or third party advertising trackers on this site. We do not use your email address for marketing unless you have asked us to send you something.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Correspondence and security logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a website, answering the people who write to us and protecting the site from abuse. Non-essential cookies, were any ever added, would be set only with your consent.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept while the exchange is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are held for a short operational period and then overwritten. Consent records last until you clear them or they expire in your browser.
Who else can see it
Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf in order to serve the site. Cloudflare sits in front of the site to deliver pages and filter malicious traffic. Ahrefs processes the aggregate measurement described above. We pass personal data to nobody else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date here and, where the change affects you, say so on the site. Last updated 29 July 2026.
