Terms of Use

These terms apply to visionaryart.uk, an independent cultural review published from Ruthin, Denbighshire, Wales. By reading the site you accept them. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

Editorial independence

Our reviews, essays and reporting are written independently. Coverage is not for sale: no payment, gift, hospitality or advertising arrangement buys a review, a rating or a mention, and any material produced under a partnership would be labelled as such on the page itself.

Copyright in our material

Text published here belongs to Visionary Art or to its named authors. You may quote a short extract for review, comment or study provided you credit visionaryart.uk and link to the original page. Republishing whole articles, or reproducing them commercially, requires written permission.

Images and third party rights

Images are used under their own licences and are credited where a credit is required. If you hold rights in an image on this site and believe it has been used incorrectly, write to [email protected] with the page address and the details, and we will correct or remove it promptly.

Accuracy and corrections

We check what we publish, but exhibitions move, opening hours change and mistakes happen. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice, and prices, dates and gallery details should be confirmed with the organiser before you travel. If you spot an error, tell us: we will correct the page and note the correction where it matters.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Contributions

If you send us a pitch, a work, an image or a comment, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and you give us permission to publish it on this site with your credit. You keep the rights in your own work.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on the content, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Last updated 29 July 2026.
